- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Method:
Put flour and salt into a bowl and stir together. Add enough water until a
soft dough forms.
Lightly flour a surface and place the dough onto it. Knead the dough briefly.
Divide the dough into golfball sized pieces, and then cover the pieces with
plastic wrap or a damp cloth.
Pick up one ball of dough and roll it out until it is very thin. Sprinkle the
dough very lightly with sugar. Fold the dough into a small square, and then roll
it out again until it is thin.
Heat up a grddle that is lightly oiled over medium heat. Place the rolled
dough onto the pan. Cook it for approximately one minute on each side until
golden brown. Repeat this process until all dough balls have been rolled and
cooked on the griddle.
